We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in cybersecurity implementations and AI development projects. You will lead complex Microsoft security transformations, compliance initiatives, and custom AI solutions for small and medium businesses, ensuring projects deliver on time, within budget, and meet all security requirements.
Lead cybersecurity implementation projects including Microsoft 365 security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2), and incident response planning
Manage custom AI development projects from requirements gathering through deployment
Coordinate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
Ensure projects meet security standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with detailed reporting
Minimum 3 years experience managing cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects
Experience with Microsoft security implementations (Azure, Microsoft 365)
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST)
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
